Cancelling your booking
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your check-in date. You will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your check-in date are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
 
How to cancel
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible by phone on +353 87 985 0886 or by email at wysepowerbooking@gmail.com. Please include your name and your booking dates.
 
Your cancellation takes effect from the time we receive it, so please get in touch as early as you can.
 
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the card used for payment. Refunds are usually processed within five working days, though it can take a little longer for the funds to appear depending on your bank.
 
Changes to your booking
If you need to change your dates rather than cancel, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Date changes depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
 
Bookings made elsewhere
This policy applies to bookings made directly through this website. If you booked through Booking.com or Airbnb, the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking on that platform applies instead.
